What you can expect
Team Leaders are responsible for developing teams to meet and exceed performance targets, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction, and other relevant operational metrics. The Team Lead provides guidance, coaching, support, motivation, and education on a day-to-day basis.
Team Leaders are responsible for their teams' success, changing behaviors, and continuous improvement to assure the accomplishment of internal objectives.
What you'll do
Act with initiative, make things happen, and accept responsibility for results;
Provide the team with a clear sense of direction, ensuring each team member feels a sense of "Care" to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance, and engagement;
Support, motivate, and communicate the company's culture and values, developing and coaching each CSR to continually meet and exceed their quality and productivity targets;
Measure and improve the productivity of the team;
Assess team commitment, punctuality, attendance, initiative, capacity to achieve proposed objectives, and relationships with colleagues; evaluate team member performance biannually;
Be an active part in continuous improvement processes, proposing innovative methods across the department and the company;
Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures, and policies are fulfilled, including GDPR, GECSP, Information Security Policies, HR, etc.;
Communicate any known infractions of Corporate Policies and procedures to leadership immediately;
May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.
What you'll need
Higher Education Degree (preferential);
Fluency in French & English (mandatory);
Experience with Online Marketing (e.g., Google Ads);
Sales Skills;
Team player with strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
