Responsibilities

You will manage an Order to Cash team for the Dutch market.
You will ensure the processes are in place, are followed, and are up to date.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the team handles customer orders and complaints and directs them to the right department.
You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partners, business units, customers, and other departments.
You will follow team results, KPIs, and ensure that they are sustainable.
You will have monthly escalation meetings.
You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.

Requirements

You have a University Degree or have completed at least Secondary High School.
You can speak native or C2 level Dutch and B1 level English.
SAP and Office knowledge rounds up your profile.
You have experience managing teams.
You are a good and persuasive communicator.
You are able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.
