Job Description In a nutshell As Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Managing an accounts payable team to ensure service delivery in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreements and quality standards Monitoring and reporting the team and process performance against agreed objectives and KPIs Providing prompt and objective coaching in accomplishing goals, conducting performance reviews, and being actively involved in employee recognition and development strategies Identifying inefficiencies in the process and participating in/driving process improvement projects Implementing a culture of continuous improvement within the team Cooperating with various Eurofins departments and stakeholder management Creating a friendly working environment which will attract and retain talent Supporting transition projects All other duties as needed or required per business requirement Qualifications Are you our kind of extraordinary?
Background: Experience in managing teams in a BPO/SSC environment, preferably in Accounts Payable area Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements Experience in managing relation with customers (internal or external) Education: Master's degree in business/finance/accounting or equivalent Languages : Fluent English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills Technical knowledge (IT): Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) would be an asset Additional Information What can we do for you?
