You will have ownership of global HR data analysis strategy, setting direction for the overall reporting landscape. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in driving the data-driven mindset within Human Resources, while leading and managing a high-performing team.In your new role you will:Set the strategic direction jointly with our people analytics team for data in the HR function, aligning it with the Human Resources department's objectives.Liaise with senior management to communicate insights, gain support for HR data initiatives, and understand departmental needs.Monitor the effectiveness of dashboards, analytic tools, reporting and methodologies, ensuring they deliver actionable insights.Implement and harmonize portfolio management and solutions.Drive Global HR Reporting governance, automation, and digitalization.Oversee demand management, trend scouting, and case management, while also managing the Global HR Reporting Community of Expertise.Be responsible for stakeholder management and communication strategy.Provide HR audit assessment and support.Stay updated with the latest data technologies and trends, incorporating them as necessary.Support the enablement of self-service reporting.Your ProfileYou strive for high-quality results.
