We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to join our Base Platform Group, where you will lead a team responsible for designing and implementing data integrations across distributed systems. Your team will work on building and optimizing interfaces that facilitate the seamless exchange of data between our platform and customer systems, such as HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), LMS (Learning Management Systems) and GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) platforms. Besides integrations with standard systems your team will also provide customer facing APIs which will allow them to set up custom integrations. You proactively align with Go-to-Market, Product Management and our customers on use cases and requirements, but also with our squads for standards, best practices and workflows to achieve a world-class customer and developer experience.
