Qualitest is looking for a highly skilled Team Lead Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working for a leading technology giant. This individual will be based in Portugal and will act as the single point of contact with our clients, leading a global team of part-time experts.

The role requires strong experience in managing teams across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless coordination and task execution. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills, be proficient in task and shift management, and have a proven ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Additionally, this role involves hiring new team members and providing regular reporting and insights through dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

Manage a globally distributed team working across different time zones.

Oversee task allocation and shift management to ensure smooth operations.

Hire and onboard new agents to support the expansion of the team in multiple geographies.

Maintain reporting standards by developing and presenting reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on key deliverables and expectations.

Identify and address operational challenges proactively to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Experience managing global teams in multiple time zones.

Proven expertise in shift management and task management.

Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Proficiency in Excel, including experience with reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate seamless client coordination.

Demonstrated leadership in hiring and managing teams.

Desired Skills:

Experience in a tech-driven or consulting environment.

Familiarity with project management tools.

Previous experience in scaling teams across geographies.

Ability to work independently while ensuring team collaboration.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing global teams or similar roles.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
