Tax Specialist (F/M/Div) [Hrc0719700]

Job description In your Tax Specialist role, you also will do the following:- Review accounting records, document content and applicability of Indirect TAX and legal regulations;- Preparation of account reconciliations and monthly VAT journal entries;- Prepare indirect tax returns as well as necessary compliance checks;- Liaise with internal counterparts in order to review individual transactions and proceed with any necessary corrections;- Liaise with the Indirect Tax manager and local Accounting regarding VAT queries;- Develop expertise and increase process efficiency and compliance by continuously monitoring, identifying and implementing improvements;- Assure clear and complete documentation for all procedures.Your Profile- You are best equipped for this job if you have:- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field of studies;- Experience in Indirect Taxes, Accounting or a similar role, preferably in an international and multicultural environment.- Knowledge of VAT compliance is an advantage;- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;- Flexibility to identify and adopt process changes that increase efficiency and compliance;- Fluency in English.Please send us your CV in English.
