Overall Responsibilities: Support Payroll Operations process improvements;Experience with payroll in Brazil;Knowledge of SAP EC/ECP or Workday;Day to day payroll issues prioritization and assignment Operational;Change management activities;Ensuring project plans are complete and fully mapped out;Track project plans and associated projects risks are appropriately managed;Managing error remediation with internal stakeholders;Partnering with Regional Team Leads & Country Processors on project execution;Requirements: University degree in Human Resources, Management or related field;5-7 years' experience;Proficiency in English - excellent written and verbal communication;Highly developed communication skills and strong self-organization;Exceptional initiative, decisiveness and strong analytical thinking skills;Positive and forward-looking mindset with "hands-on" mentality.Education Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred:
