Job Description In this position, you will utilize your comprehensive expertise to counsel our clients on issues concerning social security, employment tax, workforce/personal income tax, immigration, and global mobility. Your role involves guiding clients through the intricacies of cross-border employment.
Key Responsibilities You will deliver accurate, practical and proactive individual and employment tax advice to clients on issues relating to globally mobile employees including double tax treaty agreements, tax residency changes as well as tax planning to maximize opportunities for both the employers and the employee.You will act as the primary contact for employees and be also in contact with client management teams (HR and tax).You will assist mobile employees with their tax returns and ongoing tax matters.You will work with national, regional and global coordinating teams to assist with the management of mobility programs and relationships.Support the immigration Team when required.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.Open to applicants with relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and other Tax and consulting experience will be considered as well.Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Portuguese.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Good ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.Team player, positive attitude.Client service focused, responsive and "can-do" open-minded attitude and approach.Strong organizational skills, proactive approach.Additional Information This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of a minimum of 2 or 3 days/week in the office.
