Tax Advisory Partner

Mission:
- Ensure all reports under the responsibility of a certified accountant in a new consign company.
- Ensure statutory accounting and tax obligations, namely:

Statutory accounting & reporting compliance.
Monthly and annual tax compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the certified accountant services in a new consign company.
- Set up the necessary administrative and accounting procedures that will be performed as a monthly routine and/or on an annual basis.
- Prepare the applicable forms in order to comply with reporting obligations for tax purposes, such as the Beginning of Activity, Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), SAFT, notably due to the nomination as Certified Accountant of this new consign company.
- Analyze the legal documents and other contracts related to consign activity.
