TALENT STRATEGY CONSULTANT What can you expect? Mercer consultants work with the 3 lines of business in a wide range of scope and clients. With a transversal role, this consultant will support the team to develop and implement core HR processes and policies for their employees including Performance Management, Assessments & Talent Development, Careers or Compensation, Job Architecture & Evaluation and Organizational Design are also areas of advisory within the scope of this role.What's in it for you?
