Role Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer/Research Specialist who is skilled in using the latest recruitment technologies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent globally.
You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting qualified candidates for a variety of positions. You'll collaborate closely with our recruitment specialist to ensure we have a strong talent pipeline and use innovative sourcing techniques, data analysis, and cutting-edge tools to enhance our search process.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Research: social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), Boolean search techniques, and networking to identify top talent.
Candidate Engagement & Screening: screen resumes and assess candidates' technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Track and manage candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline using BambooHR and other tools.
Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to understand workforce needs and provide strategic insights on talent acquisition.
What you need to have:
1+ years of experience in IT recruiting or talent acquisition.
Proven experience with technical recruiting, including sourcing for software engineer roles.
Strong sourcing skills and experience with Boolean search and advanced search techniques.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
