We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Sourcer to join our new team in Lisbon.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top candidates to meet our client's needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage with potential candidates, build talent pipelines, and support our Recruitment Specialists.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities: As a Talent Sourcer, you would be reponsible for: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to online databases, social media, networking, job boards, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Conduct thorough research to build a talent pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Review candidate resumes and applications to assess their qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, motivation, and basic qualifications.
Provide regular updates on the status of sourcing efforts and share potential candidate profiles with the Recruitment Specialists to continue the recruitment process.
Attending company's ongoing training to ensure top performance.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, working within a defined team.
Contributing positively to the company's culture and working environment.
Requirements In order to be selected as a Talent Sourcer, you must have the requirements below: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Ideally some experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and the internal team.
Proficient level of English, any additional language would be a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and talent acquisition.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Good team player, fast learner, positive attitude.
