Our Talent Scout team builds and executes targeted sourcing plans, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future multilingual hiring positions across EMEA. They will utilize a strong candidate-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with TA leaders, managers, and recruiters, and leverage our technology platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to current and future talent needs.
You'll report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll impact the business through your sourcing initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You'll: Implement high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract candidates that meet our client's specifications
Proactively source candidates via job boards, social networks, and other tools
Build and maintain a talent pool for our key roles and languages
Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis
Measure and report on sourcing metrics
Manage internal referrals
What You Bring to the Role: At least 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing role
Demonstrated experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social recruiting, engaging candidate outreach)
Excellent English skills, written and spoken; a second EMEA language is advantageous
Experience with Taleo or similar ATS
Experience in a multinational environment (especially in BPO sector) is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Adaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
