Join us as a Talent Research Trainee!As a Talent Research Trainee, you will have an important role in supporting the Talent Researchers in their daily activities, by finding and attracting the best talents, performing market analysis, and creating reportsthat can support business decision-making.
You will actively engage in strategic collaboration with internal stakeholders and act as a consultant to the business.
In this new role, you will:Provide overall support to Talent Researchers with daily talent research activities;Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find talented individuals, making use of our internal database and LinkedIn Recruiter;Work closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand the positions' scope and requirements, thus providing agile and high-quality support;Engage with potential candidates to assess their career goals and motivations;Create reports and presentations that support Talent research activities.You are proactive and an excellent communicator, willing to actively support your team members.
You have a structured working style, an analytical mindset and you feel comfortable with reporting and sharing your ideas with others.
