carry out the entire onboarding process for new employees

be the owner of a differentiating employee life-cycle process, ensuring a positive experience

execute the annual performance evaluation process

execute the career management process

execute the process of in-person and e-learning training

perform administrative tasks related to the role

For that, you must:

have previous experience in this role

face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience

orientation towards results

ability to communicate in English
