Descrição Open the annual Performance & Goals campaigns and ensure the communication roadmap is in place; Support and assist participants during the process roll-out; train or support newcomers and non-compliant participants; Follow up on the yearlyprocess roll-out, ensuring active involvement and timely participation of line managers and employees, in accordance with procedural guidelines; Verify alignment of declared objectives with company goals and alert line managers to critical deviations; Monitor process completion, data delivery accuracy, alignment with timetables, and anticipate deviations to facilitate necessary adjustments; Produce the end-of-campaign numerical and analytical reporting for Performance & Goals; Enhance procedures and regulations for data reporting, keeping them updated in case of changes or adjustments; Support and assist participants in data production and delivery in accordance with corresponding procedures; train newcomers and non-compliant contributors; Propose new data analytics approaches as needed for optimized business and people management. Self-develop a business and people-oriented strategic analytical vision in cooperation with the Head of HR; Produce analytical statements as required by the respective procedures, using outcomes from the information system; Analyze the value addedby reporting routines; adjust or develop new routines as needed to support optimized business and people management; Co-develop information and data tools with the IT teams; ensure state-of-the-artdata analytics and reporting routines are in accordance with business development status; Perfil ideal Master'sdegree in HR Management or a related field in Organizational Science; 5 years of consolidatedexperience in the role or in related HR workstreams, with balanced knowledge and experience in both strategic and operational HR management; Solid expertise and strong motivation in performance and development management processes within an industrial context; Comprehensive experience in the strategic management of all phases of the HR Management Cycle and the related phases of the Employee Experience; Expertise and strong motivation in HR data analytics and related reporting routines; Expert interaction withSAP applications, particularly SuccessFactors modules, as an experienced key user; Expertise as needed in HR-related applications, particularly in Office and SharePoint; Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written. #J-18808-Ljbffr
