Responsibilities:
Oversee the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and projects.
Manage the offboarding process for consultants completing their assignments, providing support throughout their exit.
Act as the main point of contact between consultants and the company, offering guidance, support, and addressing any concerns.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with consultants to assess how they are adapting to their projects, and provide ongoing career support.
Help consultants navigate any questions or challenges they may have related to their roles, development, or company policies.
Handle administrative tasks for consultants, including documentation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
Facilitate open communication between consultants and internal teams to promote a positive, supportive work environment.
Ensure consultants have access to resources and tools necessary for their continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of proven experience in career coaching or similar roles.
Experience working within an IT consultancy company or technical environment is mandatory.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and build strong relationships.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of empathy and support.
Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, and career development processes.
A relevant certification in career coaching or HR is a plus.
