As a Talent & Development Partner, you will be an ambassador for the T&D COE offerings and guide the successful implementation of all products across the portfolio. You will develop strong and productive partnerships with business area HR and Learning and Development teams. You will provide insights and connections from your business area back to the COE, including learning and talent technology, learning programs, Global Talent Standards, coaching, mentoring, psychometric assessments, team effectiveness, organizational development, and Talent engagements.
You will support the Talent Review process for the area by preparing initial content and data, documenting outcomes in centralized systems, and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition CoE to build external and internal succession insights. Additionally, you will co-design targeted interventions with the HR team and T&D Director, providing insights and connections from your business area to the T&D COE.
You will act as a T&D SME in the design, implementation, and execution of global and area-specific T&D and Talent Strategy interventions, coordinating and upskilling the business area T&D and L&D Community.
Essential Skills/Experience Demonstrated experience working globally leading complex projects.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management, learning and development, organization development and/or HR Business partnering.
Action-based and comfortable working with senior executive leaders, HR areas and operating in a matrix environment.
Experience advising, facilitating and presenting to groups and leaders.
Ability to effectively operate in an environment of constant change and able to work with ambiguity.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills to create partnerships to implement change; consistently displays a readiness and willingness to share knowledge; seeks diverse perspectives.
Believe in and champion our values and actively strive to develop a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Demonstrated analytical mind, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Written and spoken proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills/Experience Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
