Prepare and share regular updates with People Leadership Teams, PBPs, and PPs, using data insights and a functional roadmap.Work with the Global T&D Deployment Team to understand the global deployment plans and consult on designing delivery plans, representing the needs of the assigned business area.Provide insights for Solution Owners when planning launches. Act as a single point of contact for a solution among peers, capturing all business feedback and channeling it to Solution Owners.Voice of the Business: Relay real-time issues with the delivery of solutions to Solution Owners/Deployment Anchors and influence the approach where appropriate.Superusers and Internal Capabilities: Act as superusers within specific regions/functions, building internal capabilities to deliver solutions, including upskilling People Partners and facilitating workshops/learning interventions.Bottom-Up Capability Needs Collation: Guide colleagues to the People Solutions Catalogue and educate users on available solutions.We are looking forProfessional Background: Extensive experience in Human Resources.Previous experience focused on HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and/or Learning Solutions Implementation. CoE experience is valuable.Experience designing and deploying internal tools or learning platforms is a plus.Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management: Strong background in HR Business Partnering and adept at stakeholder management.Coaching and Advising Skills: Strong skills to guide and support colleagues.Leadership Collaboration: Extensive experience in collaborating with senior leadership teams.Solution Deployment: Proven track record in solution embedding and adoption within the HR domain.Global Exposure: Experience in a Regional and global role, indicating a broad understanding of international HR dynamics.Data Analytics Proficiency: Proficient in data analytics, with the ability to interpret and extract insights from reports.
