Job Description Reporting to VP Talent & Culture Mediterranean & North Africa and as the Talent & Culture Business Partner Spain & Portugal, you will oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyze HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business and company goals. Main accountabilities: T&C services to Hotels in the Hub: Acts as a true T&C Business partner to Leaders Operations Delivers the services to Hotels, as per Management and franchise agreement. Manages Hotel schools relations Promote optional and billable T&C services to Franchise and Managed hotels, notably recruitment on demand and talent programs, but also digital solutions and training by Accor Academy
