Your new company Our client is an international company looking for a Talent Acquisition Vendor Manager (m/f/d) to join a dynamic and inspiring culture in Lisbon. Your new role They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Vendor Manager who will be responsible for implementing and managing the performance of Recruitment Placement Outsourcing (RPO); Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs), and Managed Service Provider (MSP) programmes globally. This includes negotiation and management of service delivery contracts, ensuring Service Level Agreement compliance, issue management/resolution, and effective performance reporting. You will be the point of contact for the business and suppliers, ensuring any issues are managed promptly. In this role you will work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT and HR colleagues, business customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders, to design customer-centric efficient processes, leveraging, technology (Fieldglass/Workday) to drive automation. What you'll need to succeed Vendor management experience, ideally in an HR or Talent Acquisition environment; Experience of supplier onboarding and daily management; Supplier relationship and performance management, ideally of global suppliers; Oral and written fluency in Business English; Ability to use a range of influencing techniques; Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively; Demonstrated success working in a team environment; Strong analytical and financial skills; Ability to identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies; Good understanding of the procurement implications of External Workforce management, business acumen; Knowledge of HR integrated Workforce Management.
