What you'll do
Manage small team of Recruiters and Talent Sources
Source senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the European and International markets.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients.
Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Communicate and be a focal point for the several worldwide clients.
Constantly Improve Efficiency of the team with data driven approach
Prepare and analyse reports of team performance
Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience of leading Recruitment team of at least 5 people
5+ years IT or non IT recruitment experience.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and non IT roles.
Experience of working with modern ATS systems
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates and other automations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.
Ability to lead the team with efficiency
Ability to work in dynamic environment with full capacity
Willingness to go beyond the required and strive for the goals and KPI
Nice to have
Experience working in a scaling tech organization.
Strong communication in Russian, German or other language
