Purpose of Position
Execute assigned recruitment processes, to attract skilled office staff to support the business strategy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate, with the Talent Acquisition Partner to support, all recruitment processes to support HR BPs;
Assist in posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, sourcing candidates (ex: LinkedIn, Career Fairs, employment fairs, etc) and contacting potential candidates for phone screening;
Organise and execute the administrative and logistics tasks related to recruitment and selection;
Manage candidate assessment and interviews in assigned recruitment;
Prepare in line with the approved requisitions offer letters, to ensure that the selected candidate is informed of the salary and remuneration conditions and to make sure the candidate understands these conditions;
Maintain the recruiting database, to ensure applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding;
Manage and maintain social media platforms related to recruitment and employee feedback (LinkedIn, Glassdoor Europe);
Work with the HR Business Partner on the onboarding of the new employees.

University degree in Human Resources Management or related areas;
1-2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection;
Preferred experience in managing multiple R&S processes;
Knowledge on employer branding;
Availability to travel;
Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
Proficiency in MS Office.
