You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end by using our ATS systems to its full potential and other sources (e.g. Linkedin Recruiter).Developing an innovative approach to build the link between Siemens and Early Careers/Universities. You will also participate in networking events and be a brand ambassador for Siemens, promoting Diversity and inclusion initiatives.Overall, you will drive efforts to make Siemens the employer of choice by participating in employer branding and business marketing activities as well as work closely with Siemens People and Organization units locally and internationally.We are looking for:University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Relevant Field;Advanced level of English (B2 minimum), any other language is a plus;Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Shared Services market;Excellent communication/interpersonal and problem-solving skills;Analytical thinking and good time management skills;Proactive attitude and growth mindset;Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).We are thrilled to have:A hybrid working model with a flexible working hours policy in order to promote work life balance.
