As our future Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alts Digital, you won't be doing all the usual boring stuff you probably do in +300 people IT, Tech or Consultancy company where you can't even drink a beer with the CEO and have to Ctrl C + Ctrl V all day and pray to God to receive an answer from candidates. ????

Scope of the job We all know what a talent acquisition specialist or a recruiter does: sourcing, interviewing, managing pipelines, delivering a great candidate experience, and showing to the world how great is to work at Alts Digital.

Writing down nice and fun job descriptions (better than this one) to attract people; Reaching out to candidates in a human and not robotic way ????. Templatish messages are too 2010 ???? Bring and build some innovative methods on how to look for nice people and build up our pipelines; Making sure people feel welcomed and making interview relevant questions. We don't like too much-scripted interviews with non-sense questions like " what's your favourite colour?" (btw, it's green ????); Make sure all culture & values makes sense to you ? Enthusiasm and energy in sharing our values and our way of being at Alts with possible candidates; Collaborate and share knowledge and practices within the People team to build nice processes that reflect our culture. ????
