Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Your Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Portuguese (mandatory). Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).

Timetable: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Work from home policy: one week every month.
