We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in recruitment. This person will play a key role in onboarding new companies, recruiting the right candidates for our clients, and nurturing relationships to generate upselling opportunities.
Tasks
Onboarding new clients: Ensure that new companies understand our processes and the value we offer.
Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interviews and placement.
Client management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with our clients, identifying needs and offering additional recruitment solutions.
Generate upselling opportunities: Work closely with clients to identify new recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
Bilingual in English and French or French and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
Proven experience of 3 years in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and recruitment processes simultaneously.
Experience in sales and account management is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
Experience with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
