As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AUTO1 Group, you will play a critical role in shaping our team and driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the automotive.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Portuguese as a first language (mandatory).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
