Sourcing great candidates through various channels (e.G. social platforms and professional networks) Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System Supporting the design of job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements Driving interviews and selection processes Learning and understanding about the business and what are our hiring needs Creating strong talent pipelines Being an ambassador of Defined.Ai and providing a great candidate experience to every person you interact with Nurturing trusting relationships with stakeholders and candidates Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with a determined and proactive mindset, willing to learn and contribute to a growing team and business. We need someone that doesn't shy away from challenges and that navigates change as a "walk in the park". Someone with a can-do attitude, ready to roll-up their sleeves and contribute to the success of our company. Requirements: 1-4 years of experience but want to expand horizons in a tech start-up environment Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations Experience in tech (would be a plus!)
