Descrição Lead the recruitment processes; Defining job profiles and selecting suitable recruiting channels; Organizing and conducting job interviews and the selection process (incl. applicant communication, offer/rejection management); Placing job adverts andcarrying out other recruiting activities; Continuously assess andimprove recruitment strategies to attract top talent; Supporting and implementing employer branding activities (social media, university marketing); Key User iCIMS (optional) or other recruiting tool; Responsible for projects/activities around employer branding; Results-oriented management of the area of responsibility; Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs; Adherence to the available budget and timelines; Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities; Provide regular updateson recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven experience (at least 2 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting; Strong understanding ofrecruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods; Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills; Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines; Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; Highly organized with keen attention to detail; Experience with employer branding initiatives and diversity recruiting efforts is desirable; Willingness to adapt tochanging priorities and business needs; Negotiating skills and assertiveness; High degree of independence & creativity; Good project managementskills; Fluent in English;Ability to analyze data, understand trends and beginning to develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
