Your mission
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Interview clients to agree on the profile to be hired, understand the values and strategy of the hiring company, and meet the team concerned by the recruitment to define the job requirements to be published.
Define the recruitment strategy for each profile to be hired.
Write, promote, and publish job opportunities through the best communication channels according to the target audience.
Define interview kits and organize psychometric and written tests.
Organize and carry out all interviews with candidates.
Create, follow, and maintain a constant relationship with candidates throughout the entire process.
Develop the candidate sourcing network.
Support and participate in the integration of colleagues into our group.
Your profile
You have a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or another similar field (either at Bachelor or Master level).
You have 5+ years of professional experience in similar positions, preferably also abroad.
You speak English and French; any other languages are an asset.
You are potentially familiar with the legal and regulatory labor rules (tax, administrative, and social).
You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
You have experience working with specialized recruitment tools (ATS: Applicant Tracking System) and sourcing tools.
You are independent and can work autonomously.
You have good presentation skills.
You have good writing skills and are rigorous.
You come with a positive 'can do' attitude.
