We work on attracting and developing our talents, promoting a unique and distinctive culture every day, based on our values: Passion, Proximity, Respect, and Imagination.What will you achieve?As part of the People & Culture team, this role is tasked with carrying out the recruitment processes, in close collaboration with the People Business Partner.As a Talent Acquisition, you will:Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;Managing all stages of the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, proactively sourcing potential candidates, conducting screenings and assessments of hard and soft skillsand ensuring feedback to all stakeholders;Conducting the internal referral process, providing feedback to all stakeholders;Synthesizing and analyzing recruitment metrics;Participation in job fairs;Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.#J-18808-Ljbffr
