We work on attracting and developing our talents, promoting a unique and distinctive culture every day, based on our values: Passion, Proximity, Respect, and Imagination.What will you achieve?As part of the People & Culture team, this role is tasked with carrying out the recruitment processes, in close collaboration with the People Business Partner.As a Talent Acquisition, you will:Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;Managing all stages of the recruitment and selection process , including posting job openings, proactively sourcing potential candidates, conducting screenings and assessments of hard and soft skillsand ensuring feedback to all stakeholders;Conducting the internal referral process, providing feedback to all stakeholders;Synthesizing and analyzing recruitment metrics ;Participation in job fairs;Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.#J-18808-Ljbffr
