You will collaborate with various teams to identify hiring requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Responsibilities:Recruitment execution: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all involved.Trusted advisor to hiring managers: Collaborate closely with our hiring managers, providing invaluable insights and developing tailored hiring strategies that align with their specific needs.Innovative talent recruitment: Drive innovation in talent acquisition by developing and implementing cutting-edge strategies to attract top-notch candidates who will contribute to our company's growth.Candidate-centric approach: Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Networking and outreach: Proactively engage with potential applicants by leveraging various platforms, such as LinkedIn and other networking initiatives, to build meaningful connections.Active sourcing: Stay up-to-date and engaged on job boards and social platforms, continuously seeking out high-quality candidates to join our team.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in successfully executing full cycle recruitment for Technical positions.Demonstrated track record of effectively sourcing Product and Engineering candidates, with the ability to pivot to niche and non-tech roles.Blend of agency/RPO and in-house recruitment experience.Exceptional attention to detail and a strong drive to fill critical roles while prioritizing a positive candidate experience.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain constructive and productive relationships.Ideally, familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
