Role overview: Planet is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional in the role of Talent Acquisition Partner as a part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, which will help support numerous business functions including but not limited to Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance, and many others. We're looking for an energetic Recruiter who can source and acquire highly skilled people across various business lines, with a big focus on technology positions like Software Engineers and Quality Assurance, but is capable of recruiting for Sales, Operations, and Finance functions. In the position, you will play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and engaging the best talent for our open positions around the world in the development of shaping our recruitment methods. You will be an articulate communicator with experience in internal recruitment and flair for creating your talent pipelines in a truly global environment. You'll be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with peers and hiring managers to deliver an unparalleled candidate experience. What You Will Do: Source and headhunt top talent for various business areas, with the main focus on technology roles, but also supporting functions like Sales, Operations, and Finance. In close liaison with the team, lead the hiring roadmap, covering the recruitment needs of the different departments. Build quality pipelines, design and execute creative sourcing campaigns, and pursue candidate outreach through the complete recruiting lifecycle
