Join us on our journey to #ForeverCaring as a Talent Acquisition Partner and you'll do the sameThe main purpose of the role is toown, manage and successfully deliver low to mid-level hiring across one or more business units in a single geographical region.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned low to mid-level job requisitions across one or more business units in a single geographical region, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview management and offer management, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and consulting on talent strategies. Proactively identify and address recruitment challenges.Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, direct sourcing and networking.Identify and, with direction, lead initiatives to improve recruitment processes, increase efficiency, and reduce time-to-fill.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports to help guide decision-making.Pro-actively contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice and leveraging social media channels.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.Key requirementsFluency in English.Min. 4 years of related Talent Acquisition experience.Specific experience of recruiting in one or more business unit or functional areas.Experience of recruiting in multiple countries in a single geographical region.Proven experience with managing large stakeholder groups.Strong communication, collaboration and innovation skills.Ability to work independently with limited supervision
