.What you will doAbout the TeamThe Gnosis HR team is based in Lisbon or Berlin, but you can either join us at one of our offices in Berlin, Lisbon, Gibraltar, or work remotely. We are looking for an interim Talent Acquisition Manager to help grow our ever expanding team by driving the recruitment efforts to find top-tier talent. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting exceptional professionals globally across technical, product, and business functions. Working in a highly innovative, decentralized environment, your role will be crucial in shaping the future of the blockchain landscape by growing a world-class, distributed team.Oversee and own the full life cycle recruitment process for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.Identify requirements and job responsibilities in partnership with Hiring Managers.Liaise with our Hiring team using communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Telegram, and Notion.Craft and post job descriptions tailored to a distributed workforce, ensuring alignment with Gnosis's industry standards and company culture.Search actively for candidates globally via different platforms (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub, ethresear.Ch, job portals, etc.).Review applications, conduct pre-screens and HR interviews.Communicate with candidates through every stage of the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding.Continuously evaluate and identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process and proactively come up with initiatives to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with leadership and the Communications team to promote open positions.Manage recruitment agencies (if applicable) and other partnerships.Provide general HR support to your team if required.Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and HR metrics.Who you areRecruitment:You have 2+ years of work experience as an end-to-end (technical) recruiter (including recruitment for senior IT positions).Experience in working with different sourcing tools.Ability to manage daily tasks with ATS and Slack in a structured and timely manner.Management and Communication skills:Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management skills.Motivation to design and support a great candidate experience.Excellent level of English (both oral and written).Be proactive in sharing your ideas and knowledge.Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Is a plus:Experience working with Personio.Good understanding of the programming languages, technologies, and tools.Blockchain knowledge.Experience working with startups.General HR experience.What we can offer youPersonal Development: Pursue your professional goals with our support, including personal education budgets and conference allowances.
