Talent Acquisition (M/F/D)

Your new company: Global company operating in Tax free shopping sector is hiring an Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) to reinforce its team during a maternity leave, scheduled for a minimum period of 4 months.
Your new role:
Coordination of hiring activities for the entire team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process; Focus on sourcing potential candidates through scouting, headhunting and, when necessary, utilizing agencies; Support the team in finding the right talent for our organization using all sourcing methods; Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, helping them with resume screening and initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates; Support the team with HRIS governance and related administration tasks, such as KPI's monitoring, tracking, consolidation and reporting on hiring metrics; Oversee the handling of records and paperwork, such as vendor management, and purchase orders, as well as other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. What you'll need to succeed:
Minimum 2 year of experience as HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition; Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources) or equivalent Degree level or equivalent; Fluent in English (C level minimum); Proven skills and experience of working in an international and fast-paced environment; Detail conscious; Skilled communicator; Workday knowledge; Effective manager of time and priorities; Broad HR generalist skill set.
