Responsabilidades Chave Guide, motivate and support a team of recruiters;
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from gathering the requirements with the stakeholder until the offer stage;
Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, senior business leadership, People Partners and other internal teams;
Collaborate with the team and relevant stakeholders to ensure that recruitment efforts align with the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives;
Provide market insights to Talent Acquisition Leadership Team so that they can leverage this information to make relevant strategy decisions;
Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders.
Competências Excellent communication skills (Portuguese and English);
Demonstrated experience within an in-house talent acquisition team with proven track record of successfully managing senior leadership/business critical roles;
Proven ability to lead a high performing team through change and growth while managing a large and demanding number of vacancies with a focus on building trust, open communication and achieving results;
Proven ability to prioritize candidate quality by screening and interviewing against a competency framework and make sound hiring decisions backed up by evidence gathered during interviews;
Strong influencing skills with a logical, structured, clear, credible, and mature communication style;
Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive working environment;
Must excel in detail and organization, particularly in recruitment routines and stakeholder management. This includes coordinating meetings, managing the team, and ensuring smooth, professional interactions with hiring managers;
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
High level of initiative and collaboration.
