YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate communication.
Support scheduling and coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial CV screenings and gather feedback from interviewers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and statuses.
Participate in talent sourcing activities to identify potential candidates through various channels.
Help prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring progress and trends.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
Previous internship or work experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
