MissionA Talent Acquisition Executive is a professional responsible for ensuring the effective recruitment of candidates for temporary staffing. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for temporary assignments across various industries.This role demands adaptability to market needs, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and be adept at managing a high volume of temporary staffing needs, ensuring quick placements that align with client expectations, as well as a strong communication skill.ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary staffing roles, from sourcing candidates to final placement.Management of the selection process, ensuring the correct implementation candidate traceability (posting, screening, interviews, reports);Conduct job analysis to understand the specific requirements of each position and draft accurate job descriptions;Develop and publish compelling job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms;Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online databases, social networks (LinkedIn, etc.) and networking events;Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit;Perform reference checks and verify employment history;Administer and evaluate any required technical, psychometric, or personality tests as part of the selection process;Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, creating a robust talent pipeline for future needs;Review and screen resumes, ensuring that shortlisted candidates meet the client's requirements;Arrange and conduct face-to-face or virtual interviews, including behavioral and competency-based assessments;Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process;Act as a point of contact for client companies, ensuring that their staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner;Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment performance and ideas for improvement;Provide timely updates to clients regarding the recruitment process and candidates in the pipeline;Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering recruitment solutions;Provide placement support, including addressing any issues that arise during the employee's assignment and maintaining communication with the client and candidate;Monitor the performance of temporary employees during their assignments and address any issues that arise;Recommend strategies to improve sourcing, screening, and placement processes.Key RequirementsDegree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in temporary staffing or high- volume recruitment environments.Proven ability to source and recruit for multiple temporary roles across different industries.Previous experience in a staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environment.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.Knowledge of recruitment tools and candidate management software.Familiarity with labor laws, particularly in relation to temporary contracts and staffing regulations.Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
