Position Summary
Design and perform the strategy for searching, attracting, and selecting candidates for the Markets, working closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the staffing needs and requirements of various departments. Overall, their goal is to contribute to HR purpose and ensure the organization has a pool of highly skilled individuals to meet its current and future expansions needs.

Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Ensure a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
Ensure the team adheres to relevant employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks in the recruitment process.
Monitor and enhance the overall candidate experience, from application to onboarding, to attract top talent.
Implement cost-effective recruiting strategies while maintaining high-quality hires, optimizing the recruitment budget.
Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills of the talent acquisition team and keep them updated on industry trends.
Stay abreast of recruiting technology trends and optimize tools to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring process, promoting a workforce that reflects varied perspectives and backgrounds.
What will make you successful
3 years' experience leading leaders and complex teams.
Project management and agile tools experience.
Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers).
Understanding HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Experience in data collection, organization, and maintenance, including data quality and security practices.
Knowledge of data protection regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA, and ensuring compliance in handling sensitive employee data.
Experience in managing change initiatives including technology adoption, desirable related to HR and people processes.
English and Spanish proficiency.
Bachelor and University Degree.
Master on HR/ MBA degree (Desirable).
