Responsibilities:
Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various positions across the EMEA region.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Interview Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding: Promote CCR as an employer of choice in the EMEA region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance; identify areas for improvement, and report on key hiring metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting for the EMEA region.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Languages: C2 in English.
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
