Based in our Lisbon office, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Join our team and be a part of our mission to create comfortable and efficient environments.Responsibilities:Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain high-quality candidates for various positions across the EMEA region.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.Interview Process: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Employer Branding: Promote CCR as an employer of choice in the EMEA region by developing and executing employer branding initiatives.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and ensure a competitive edge.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance; identify areas for improvement, and report on key hiring metrics to senior leadership.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on recruiting for the EMEA region.Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
