To reinforce the team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist (m/f) to work in Porto.
Mission:
Ensuring that national and international recruitment and selection processes are carried out in accordance with the CJR Renewables Group's profiles and functional areas and their respective guidelines, as well as the Group's organisational culture, existing policies, and procedures, in order to provide the organisation with the best talent available to achieve its business objectives, participating in Human Resources development processes.
Main Tasks:
Post adverts on recruitment platforms, social networks, and digital channels;
Select and screen CVs and applications;
Schedule and support recruitment and selection interviews;
Draw up proposals for selected candidates;
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of candidates;
Welcome employees and visit sites, Business Units, and facilities;
Arrange onboarding and initial training schedules and plans;
Create and keep up to date the employee's physical and digital files and respective documents;
File training certificates and records in employees' individual files;
Fill in individual employee files;
Support the updating of the Functions Manual and organisational structure;
Prepare applications for professional and curricular internships;
Draw up employment contracts and/or Curricular/Professional Internships;
Communicate legal obligations to external organisations (i.e. insurance, ACT, and Social Security);
Carry out all procedures inherent in the admission of all employees (admission to Social Security and Compensation Funds, registration of the Employee File in Primavera/others, and making all documentation available on the server and its archive).
Profile:
Higher education in Human Resources Management, Management, Social Sciences, or similar;
5 years' experience in a similar role;
Experience in the construction sector (preferable);
Knowledge of payroll (preferable);
Fluency in English;
Knowledge of Spanish.
