We are seeking an experienced Tableau Tech Lead to join our team in Lisbon and play a key role in a strategic, long-term project with a prestigious client in the automotive industry. This role will involve both application development and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality data solutions that meet client needs and support data-driven decision-making.

Must-Have:

5+ years of experience working with Tableau in a professional setting

Strong expertise in data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting using Tableau

Experience in team leadership and/or project management is highly valued

Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with part-time on-site requirements in Lisbon

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential, both written and spoken

Would be great if you have:

Experience working on projects in the automotive industry

Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and business intelligence methodologies

Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools
