We are seeking a Junior System & HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team in one of our offices in Málaga or Barcelona. This role is ideal for a multitasker with experience in at least one of the following areas: IT or HR. As a System & HR Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to our colleagues – if you know how to use Microsoft Admin Suite and Intune it is an advantage but not a requirement.
Assist in HR tasks with a special focus on Spanish Labour Law and HSE compliance.
Generate reports and statistics to support various teams.
Handle administrative tasks across multiple areas, including HR, Marketing, and Systems.
Ensure candidate success by supporting our recruiters with the candidate journey.
Support with invoicing, mostly in line with Spanish Labour Law, and collaborate on payroll-related tasks.
Good to Have Skills & Experience:
IT: Experience with Microsoft Admin Centre and Intune.
HR: Knowledge of Spanish Labour Law.
Reporting: Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Administrative Support: Comfortable handling invoicing; Experience with recruitment systems or familiarity with video and audio editing tools.
Cross-Functional Skills: Willingness to take on tasks across marketing, IT, sourcing, and systems.
