Responsibilities:You will be providing L2 support for all requests on networking topics in consideration of SLA's.You are responsible for providing support services in alignment with ITIL.You are responsible for supporting the Presta Steering facilities around the world in all questions of the provided support area.You have knowledge of ITSM tools in general and their use in alignment with standards and regulations.You are responsible for the fulfillment of Level 2 network service requests and incidents based on defined SLAs and KPIs.You will use the organization's ITSM tool for resolution tracking of incidents and requests.You are responsible for performing regular network maintenance (Operating system upgrades and configuration changes).You will partake in network projects that improve old or introduce new concepts into the existing network environment.You are responsible for the documentation of service-related activities and project-related workloads.Technical Skills:Knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies.Knowledge of Network Security technologies such as firewalls, secure internet gateways, and network authentication protocols.Previous experience with Cisco Switches, Wireless controllers, ISE, DNAC, and Barracuda CloudGen firewalls.Basic knowledge in Microsoft server, Linux server, and VMWare virtualization technologies.Experience with Network Management tools (Network monitoring, IPAM, Netflow, Zscaler).Requirement Profile:You have experience in a similar network operations service role (service desk, daily operations, and project-related tasks).You have multi-year experience in an Enterprise IT Infrastructure environment.You graduated from university or have equivalent education.You have experience in CCNA, Barracuda, ITIL, or other IT relevant certifications which are highly regarded.You have good English and/or German language skills in speaking and writing.Collegial cooperation and respect in dealing with each other - that's what you'll find with us for over 200 years.
