System Administrator (Enduser)

Eurotux is an Information Technologies company with an international scope. As part of our growth strategy, we intend to hire a Systems Administrator - Enduser .

Job Description

The main responsibilities are:

Set up, configure, and manage operating systems and applications for end users.

Monitor and support users' IT infrastructure.

Diagnose and resolve system infrastructure issues.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; certifications and professional experience are highly valued.

Proven experience in configuring and managing operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications.

Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and system monitoring tools.

Willingness to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.

Good command of English.

Essential qualities: versatility, flexibility, proactivity, and dynamism.

Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships.

Enthusiasm for learning and tackling new challenges.

A sense of responsibility and precision, with strong analytical, planning, organisational, and time management skills.

Preference given to candidates available immediately.
